Hi! I’m Ash, and I’m the founder and head coach of The Fit Mamas Club! I’ve worked in the fitness business for over 12 years, and throughout that time, I’ve helped hundreds of people both online and at the gym.
I’ve always been interested in self-improvement, both physically and intellectually, and I’ve always loved assisting others in their own growth.
The wealth of knowledge I’ve gained over the previous 12 years has allowed me to train a wide range of people from all walks of life, from celebrities and professional athletes to the ordinary members of the public trying to get into the best form of their lives! – And in recent years, I’ve concentrated my continued education on prenatal and postnatal care, with the objective of assisting as many mothers as possible in achieving their goals!
Fun fact: I played Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s body double in Fast and Furious – Hobbs & Shaw.

Today, I’m 41 years old and a healthy, fit mother of two children, a five-year-old boy and a three-and-a-half-year-old girl. I was very active before getting pregnant, getting involved in various fitness classes, especially crossfit, and doing a bit of weightlifting.
There is a belief in society that pregnant women should be hibernating at home for 9 months, and I received a broad spectrum of reactions from others to my choice to continue to workout throughout my pregnancy. But I knew what was right for me.
As much as I was excited and blessed, I was also stressed about knowing if I’d be able to continue training and lifting weights, as I’m the type that gets depressed if I don’t train for 2 days in a row. I did a lot of reading and research on whether it would be safe or not, and I did not hesitate to continue training till the day I delivered, with a lot of modifications, of course.
